Shipping policy
1. Introduction This Delivery Policy of The Rik Barwick Studio outlines the terms and conditions related to the purchase and delivery of my products. By placing an order with me, you agree to and accept these terms.
2. Delivery Locations I deliver to addresses both within the UK. Some remote locations might not be serviced, or may require additional delivery time. Upon request I can deliver abroad at an additional cost.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Giclee Prints: My Art Prints are printed to order and are processed with my print supplier. Please allow for 5-7 business days for delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees
- Standard Delivery: £6.45
- Greetings Cards: Free Delivery Via Royal Mail
- Framed Items: £12.50 via Evri.
5. Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable. You can use this number to track your order's progress.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages In the case where our courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, The Rik Barwick Studio is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for all these fees.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact me immediately at rik@rikbarwick.co.uk. I will arrange for the return of the product and send a replacement as soon as possible. If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me, and I will assist in tracking the package.
9. Changes to Delivery Policy I reserve the right to change this Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
