Handprinted lino print of the historic Guildhall building and wedding venue in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
The print is a hand-cut lino print that celebrates the historic architecture of my local town.
The print would suit many home decor themes.
“I wanted to explore blending inks to create tone and structure to this print - I did this by cutting two lino plates; one for the background and one for the black detail. I mixed two perfect tones of grey then blended them with the brayer to create the gradient. It ages the building beautifully!”
This is printed on 30x24cm heavyweight paper and can be framed on request.
